倍容量(liang)復合(he)材料芯鋁(lv)絞線(xian)JXRL/FH充(chong)分發揮了有(you)機復合(he)材料的特(te)長(chang),與現(xian)有(you)的各種(zhong)相比,具(ju)有(you)強度高(gao)、線(xian)損低、電(dian)導(dao)率高(gao)、弧垂小、允許工作溫度高(gao)、載(zai)流量(liang)大、重量(liang)輕、耐(nai)腐蝕(shi)及使用壽命長(chang)等(deng)優(you)點,即(ji)使在(zai)導(dao)線(xian)載(zai)流量(liang)增加,導(dao)線(xian)溫度提高(gao)以后,導(dao)線(xian)的運用仍是安全可靠的,從而實現(xian)了電(dian)力傳(chuan)輸的節(jie)能、環(huan)保(bao)與安全,其具(ju)體特(te)點如下。
1.強度高
一(yi)(yi)般鋼絲的(de)(de)抗(kang)拉強(qiang)度(du)(du)為1240MPa,高(gao)(gao)強(qiang)度(du)(du)鋼絲為1410MPa,而倍(bei)容量復合材(cai)料芯(xin)鋁絞JXRL/FH的(de)(de)碳(tan)纖(xian)維和(he)玻(bo)璃纖(xian)維混(hun)合固化(hua)芯(xin)棒(bang),其抗(kang)拉強(qiang)度(du)(du)最小值(zhi)可達到2150MPa ,分(fen)別為前(qian)兩者的(de)(de)1.73倍(bei)和(he)1.52倍(bei)。如芯(xin)線直徑為6.5MM的(de)(de)碳(tan)纖(xian)維和(he)玻(bo)璃纖(xian)維混(hun)合芯(xin)的(de)(de)抗(kang)拉強(qiang)度(du)(du)達2500MPa,比一(yi)(yi)般鋼芯(xin)的(de)(de)抗(kang)拉強(qiang)度(du)(du)高(gao)(gao)一(yi)(yi)倍(bei),比高(gao)(gao)強(qiang)度(du)(du)鋼芯(xin)的(de)(de)抗(kang)拉強(qiang)度(du)(du)高(gao)(gao)77%左右。因倍(bei)容量復合材(cai)料芯(xin)鋁絞線JXRL/FH的(de)(de)結構形(xing)式較為創新,因此有利用(yong)提高(gao)(gao)接續管、耐張線夾與導線的(de)(de)壓接強(qiang)度(du)(du)。
2.線損低、導電率高
由(you)于倍(bei)容量(liang)復(fu)合(he)材料芯鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)絞(jiao)線JXRL/FH不存在鋼絲材料引(yin)起的(de)(de)(de)(de)磁滯損(sun)耗(hao)熱(re)效(xiao)應(ying),而且在輸(shu)送相(xiang)同負荷的(de)(de)(de)(de)條件下(xia),具有(you)更低(di)(di)的(de)(de)(de)(de)運(yun)行(xing)溫度,可以減少(shao)輸(shu)電損(sun)失約6%左右(you)。另外(wai),倍(bei)容量(liang)復(fu)合(he)材料芯鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)絞(jiao)線JXRL/FH的(de)(de)(de)(de)外(wai)層由(you)梯(ti)形(xing)截面(mian)軟(ruan)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)形(xing)成的(de)(de)(de)(de)外(wai)表面(mian)遠(yuan)比傳統的(de)(de)(de)(de)鋼芯鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)絞(jiao)線LGJ表面(mian)光滑(hua),提高了(le)導(dao)(dao)線表面(mian)粗糙系數,有(you)利于提高導(dao)(dao)線的(de)(de)(de)(de)電暈(yun)起始電壓,減少(shao)電暈(yun)損(sun)失,降低(di)(di)電暈(yun)噪(zao)聲和(he)無(wu)線電干擾(rao)水平(ping)。再者(zhe),由(you)于外(wai)層為梯(ti)形(xing)截面(mian)軟(ruan)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv),與相(xiang)同直徑的(de)(de)(de)(de)鋼芯鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)絞(jiao)線LGJ相(xiang)比外(wai)層纏繞(rao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)導(dao)(dao)電鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)更多,提高了(le)導(dao)(dao)線的(de)(de)(de)(de)電導(dao)(dao)率。
3.弧垂小
碳纖(xian)維芯的(de)線(xian)(xian)膨脹系數(shu)低(di)(1.6*10-6/℃),約為(wei)(wei)普通剛(gang)芯線(xian)(xian)膨脹系數(shu)(11.5*10-6/℃)的(de)1/7,倍容(rong)(rong)量復(fu)合材料(liao)芯鋁絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH與常規(gui)導線(xian)(xian)相(xiang)(xiang)比具有(you)顯著的(de)低(di)馳度(du)特性(xing)。在相(xiang)(xiang)同的(de)實(shi)驗條件下,溫(wen)度(du)從26.1℃上升到183℃時,常規(gui)鋼(gang)芯鋁絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)(xian)LGJ的(de)弧(hu)(hu)垂(chui)(chui)236mm增加到1422mm,提高了5倍,而倍容(rong)(rong)量復(fu)合材料(liao)芯鋁絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH的(de)弧(hu)(hu)垂(chui)(chui)僅(jin)從198mm增加到312mm,提高僅(jin)0.58倍。倍容(rong)(rong)量復(fu)合材料(liao)芯鋁絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH弧(hu)(hu)垂(chui)(chui)的(de)變(bian)化量僅(jin)為(wei)(wei)常規(gui)鋼(gang)芯鋁絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)(xian)LGJ的(de)9.6%,即在高溫(wen)條件下,倍容(rong)(rong)量復(fu)合材料(liao)芯鋁絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH的(de)弧(hu)(hu)垂(chui)(chui)變(bian)化量不(bu)到鋼(gang)芯鋁絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)(xian)LGJ的(de)1/10。由于倍容(rong)(rong)量復(fu)合材料(liao)芯鋁絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH在高溫(wen)條件下的(de)低(di)弧(hu)(hu)度(du)特性(xing),能有(you)效減少架空線(xian)(xian)的(de)空間走廊(lang),提高導線(xian)(xian)高溫(wen)運行的(de)安(an)全性(xing)和可靠性(xing)。
4.允許工作溫度高,載流量大

5.重量輕

6.耐腐蝕、使用壽命長
由于復合芯(xin)(xin)棒外(wai)表面包覆的是(shi)絕緣體(ti)的玻璃纖維層(ceng),芯(xin)(xin)棒與(yu)鋁(lv)股之間不存在接觸電位差,避免(mian)了(le)諸如鋼(gang)芯(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)絞線(xian)LGJ的導體(ti)在通(tong)電時(shi)鋁(lv)線(xian)與(yu)鍍(du)鋅鋼(gang)線(xian)之間的電化腐蝕問題,能(neng)保護(hu)鋁(lv)導體(ti)免(mian)受電腐蝕,同時(shi)該導線(xian)屬于自阻尼結(jie)構,具(ju)有優(you)越的防振性。因此,有效地延緩了(le)導線(xian)的老化,延長了(le)導線(xian)的使用壽命(ming)。
